Tickets are only valid for the date and times purchased.

Ticket Change Policy
Ticket changes may be made if ticket protection is purchased. No refunds will be issued if tickets are not used on the day of your scheduled visit or if ticket protection is not purchased. Additional costs apply for dates with higher ticket prices. No refund or credit is given for changes from dates with higher prices to dates with lower prices.

Forced closure/inclement weather policy
Notifications regarding weather-related closings are posted on our Facebook page. Please check before you come if it has recently rained (flooding) or if rain is forecasted for our area and it becomes necessary for us to close. If we are forced to close, due to inclement weather and your ticket has not been redeemed we will issue a credit to be used later in the season.

Refund policy
All sales are final - Refunds are only issued if ticket protection is purchased. If no ticket protection is purchased then there is no refund. If Lyon Family Farms LLC is forced to cancel, for any reason, then a ticket voucher credit will be issued to the purchaser which may be used towards a future visit during the current season. Tickets are fully transferable to another party.

Communication Policy
By completing a purchase, I allow Lyon Family Farms LLC to email or occasionally text me with information about this or other upcoming events. I understand I can opt-out at any time.

On occasion, we will photograph or take videos of visitors for educational or promotional purposes. Entry to Lyon Family Farms grants full permission for the use of these images.

Tennessee Agritourism Liability Act
Warning, under Tennessee Law there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location or by this agritourism professional if such injury or death results from the inherent risk of the agritourism activity. Inherent risk of agritourism activities include among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent matter that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity.

Warning. Play at own risk. Adult supervision is required. Lyon Family Farms LLC is not responsible for injuries. There are inherent risk when using playground equipment and/or inflatable activities, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, or breaks.

Warning. By visiting Lyon Family Farms LLC, you fully acknowledge that there is an inherent risk of exposure to common communicable and zoonotic diseases such as COVID-19, Ecoli, Salmonella, Listeriosis, etc. from both humans and animals. It's important to remember that anyone can become sick from a communicable and/or zoonotic disease, including healthy people. However, some people may be more at risk than others and should take steps to protect themselves or family members. These people are more likely to get really sick and even die, from infection from certain diseases. These groups of people include: children younger than 5, adults older than 65, pregnant women, and people with weakened immune systems.

By signing below and/or completing this purchase, you, any person in attendance with you, any person receiving ticket, season pass, or other gift (in relation to Lyon Family Farms LLC) from you, all family, heirs, executors and administrators fully acknowledge receiving advisement of risks and hereby agree to hold harmless and do forever release Lyon Family Farms LLC along with its directors, owners, staff, volunteers, vendors, and any affiliates should any issue, injury, illness or death arise for any reason to yourself, any member of your family, or any person in attendance with you; for all current and future liability related to a visit to Lyon Family Farms LLC.

Any guest attending the event and entering the facility agrees to our terms, conditions and waiver.
